Home safe and sound. Old and young.  All races represented.  Signs aplenty.  So many chants!  Peaceful protest.  Minnesotans showed out today in force and on message.  It was fantastic to see a community come together in solidarity. I’ll try to post some pics later tonight or tomorrow.

Just reading this update on Minnesota -

"DHS confirms up to 1,000 MORE federal immigration agents are being surged into Minnesota, on top of the ~2,000 already deployed."

That means federal agents now OUTNUMBER local police in Minneapolis-St. Paul.

"This is one of the largest federal law enforcement deployments in a U.S. city in modern history, following the ICE killing of Renee Nicole Good and days of mass protests."

They want more violence so Trump can invoke the Insurrection Act and then declare martial law.

Has anyone heard a Republican make any kind of persuasive case for the
Trump Administration’s immigration tactics and goals? I have seen nothing
but primate aggression and belligerent demands for compliance. I know the
barn door is well off the hinges, but one would think any government policy
worth pursing should be defensible on grounds beyond Go Fuck Yourself.
