With many claiming Trump’s illegal, American killing war was created to divert attention from the troublesome Epstein files—which it did—is this oddly time speech from Mrs Trump supposed to divert attention from the war?

That’s the big question. Especially combined with her desire for the victims
to be interviewed. Something I’m sure hubby Donny REALLY doesn’t want to
see happen. There doesn’t seem to be any plus for MAGA for her to come
forward out of the blue like this. (And it’s not like anyone really believed her
anyway.)

Melania's speech being timed to divert attention from the Iran war was my first thought also. It's testament to what a batshit crazy world we're living in right now that it doesn't seem totally implausible as the rationale for the timing! It also wouldn't surprise me if the speech was just a random chaos bomb tossed out by the current regime for laughs, to keep us all guessing and on the back foot.
