That’s how long it’s been since George Reeves introduced me to Superman. I bought my first American comic just a few weeks later.

I loved watching The Adventures of Superman on TV as a kid. George Reeves' presence seemed larger than the TV screen allowed somehow.

I've often wondered what a 1950's big-budget Superman motion picture with Reeves would have been like.

Oh, only sixty years ago, JB -- why not earlier?

Reeves was my first Superman too. His appearance in "Lucy" blew my little mind!
