I know several artists have done this, but I noticed that JB has done it several times and I was curious if this was intentional for composition/ storytelling purposes (or maybe just looked cooler?), or was it an oversight? In one panel, Luke Cage's right hand grabs the wrist of the attacker, and in the next panel....

In the first panel, Luke's grabbing the arm at the wrist with his right hand, and it the second, he's clearly got him by the opposite shoulder with his left arm. Easy enough to apply a little closure between panels to figure Luke spun him around and then used his other arm to do the pin (ie, 'people shifting positions').

On GENERATIONS I received a letter from a fan who was outraged that I had shown characters moving “impossibly” around a table. Evidently he’d taken their positions in the first panel as indicating their feet were nailed to the floor!
