Somewhere there is an alternate universe where we have all of the JB comics
that might've been, including Captain Marvel/Shazam and SHIELD, and the
completed runs of Hulk, FF, and X-Men: HY. Now if I could just figure out
how to get there...

I like Dr. Strange best, from the list.

My IDEAL would be to restart Marvel Two-In-One with the Thing. But that's pretty unlikely.

I'll pay top dollar for a run of She-Hulk #9-42 done by JB. I still remember the horror of #9 being, what I thought at the time was, a fill-in issue. Ahhh, life before the internet. JB's seperation from the She-Hulk title is still one of the earliest and worst disappointments of realization for me of how the comics industry "works".
