Awesome Joe.  Love the black it looks good.  That is the way I am going with mine as well.   I kind of like that green paint you have what is the name of that color?  The girl wants to repaint gree and that looks good.

The green is called La Fonda Grassy Knoll, it came from Lowe's.  I had a green bedroom when I was a kid and the bright colors go well with all the comic book stuff so it seemed appropriate!

Yeah it is very a good combo.  The green and black do very well together.

Do you use nails to hold the frames up?  I found some picture hangers from 3M with "Command Adhesive" and am trying to find the best way to hang up my commissions without putting holes into my apartment wall.

I'd never trust the adhesive, guaranteed or not. I use the frame hooks with a nail driven into a wall at an angle. There is not way my artwork is going to crash to the floor..... well, short of some serious yanking, etc. Apartment walls can be very easily filled in and fixed. with both minimal time and at a cost less than that. :)

At the risk of sounding silly, I really like the green colour on the wall as additional framing.  It actually makes the b/w pics inside the black frames really pop.

We need an updated picture of you standing in front of that wall of
framed JB commissions...I think having a person in front of them for
perspective will make it even more impressive!
