No balls, no brain, it seems on Mr. Retour. Jodi's got bigger ones than he does. He seems to think (like an idiot) that posting the proof of the extraordinary claim that he's run for public office as a Democrat equals posting bank account and password information.
Only an idiot would think that providing proof of something publicly done (and proudly, one would presume, at that) should be so carefully guarded.
Pretty sure Kevin Brown isn't the only one who is making a connection that your unwillingness to provide proof of your claim is evidence that you are simply a liar, Michael Retour.

I am involved in national politics at a visible level. That isn't going to go public here. You can, as always, believe what you like.
Jodi my wife actually won her election.
Kevin beliefs are just that - beliefs. The import of Lindorff is that he is a left liberal.
The same characters that said 40 pages back, and one wag who said four years back, say my arguments have no weight.
You reacted because I said deathcare, death panels, Obama is hated by Democrats (one candidate - a Democrat actually campaigned for his impeachment and won on that issue), etc.
Obama is a tool of Wall St. You can jump up and down that he isn't and scream I have no credibility. This is online. This is maybe six people posting about the subject.
No private information that can relate me to politics is getting posted here.

There is NO Michael Retour involved, visibly or otherwise, in California politics. Not since 1992 at least.... That's as far back as I went. (Google is a wonderful thing.) And no one by the last name of "Retour" has won diddly in CA. Granted, I may be incorrect about you being in CA. If I am then sorry about that. If I'm not...... So either one of two things: You're lying about political involvement or the name you're using here is fake. If the name you're using here is fake, you can be banned. If you're just a liar, then, well, we can just ignore you from now on. I'm leaning towards the lying part.

politically visible spouse of a female elected
official from Orange County, CA.If you want to figure out who he is, he's given a
lot of clues. Someone just has to do the google
work on it.

What's odd about it is that his thoughts are very nor-cal, not OC.
Doesn't mean it's untrue, but i'd sooner peg him as the husband of
Boxer or Pelosi than some OC office holder. Ah well...

Damn it Mike, we're all trying to pile on like a bunch of wild dogs! It's not fun once reason and sensibility kick in!
Forum rules aside, I can understand why a public figure might want to change their name when posting online like this, if only so everything they say doesn't become ammunition for their real-life opponents. Then again, given some of the things Michael Retour has said in this thread, I'm a little scared there's a politician out there that is willing to conduct himself in such a way while effectively hiding behind the anonymity of the Internet.

To be sure if I did post such information you would only dismiss it because it doesn't cohere with your own. You cab't stomach any criticism of Obama without calling those doing said criticism "racists" or other names. You can't defend Obama's crimes so you call names and demand childish things from people.

I also work for a private intelligence agency (nothing like the CIA). My work in sensitive. It might not qualify me as an internet quarterback but hey, we all do what we can.
I've worked with Maxine Waters, Brad Sherman, Henry Waxman, and other SoCal Dems. I served on the State Central Committee. Anyone really aware of the California Democratic Party knows what that is.
Al you remind me of Rumpelstiltskin but with even more rage. I am sure your wife appreciates the break you give her by fighting windmills online.

There are horrible people on both sides of the debate, but you choose to select one on the opposite side of your beliefs and paint everyone else with the same brush. However, the topic at hand was about Rep. Emanuel Cleaver claiming that some tea party person was spitting on him and chanting the "N" word at him. It's near impossible to imagine that with all the audio/video recording happening when the Black Caucus decided to walk thru the protesters that not a single one of the cameras or microphones managed to pick up what Cleaver and others claimed. Cleaver also says that the person that spit on him was arrested, but that he (Cleaver) wasn't going to press charges. That's super nice of him, especially since the Capitol Police never arrested anyone for the "crime" and have no record of it happening.
