It's not that i don't like the cover, i like it, but i found it... too "quiet". I would expect something more ... dunno.. like

immersive ? Anyway, this comic is on my want list

Really excited about this series. That is great to see AP picking up on this. I wonder why the interest?
This is a really good premise for a series.

The AP did a story on this? Not bad for someone who is washed up, whose "old stuff is better"!
Wonder if it will become the new "in thing" to like JB again. "Oh, yeah, I liked his stuff *before* all the news services started calling him up. We're like this." (crosses fingers)

Great cover.
Being an ex MI-6 agent, I thought perhaps we would see a likeness to John Drake, but the cover seems to much more like the novel version of James Bond.
looking forward to this!

…the cover seems to much more like the novel version of James Bond.•• Nope. My Bond looks like this:
I indulged myself by giving Swann the same basic hair, but I leaned away with the other features. Especially, I wanted my guy to look like he'd been thru the wringer a bit more (craggier, broken nose). The comparisons will be inevitable, of course, but Swann has more than one father.

JB, did you do the typography and masthead/logo for the cover?

I really like that the media is taking note of this - it is intriguing to see you chart new territory, JB. I think the cover is wonderful!

JB, did you do the typography and masthead/logo for the cover?•• I had a pretty clear idea of what I wanted, so I sent in this mockup:
Took a little bouncing back and forth for tweaking, but eventually we got what you see on the previous page.
