The only point he drove home is that she's a hypocrite. Its not criminal to question the outcome of an election.
There's no question the people who stormed the capitol building on Jan 6 and tried to physically prevent Congress from certifying the election results are criminals. But Ginny Thomas wasn't one of them. The fact that she later expressed support for them is deplorable, but again, not criminal.
She's just a typical alt-right kook.

The wife of U.S. Supreme Court Justice contacts at least two Wisconsin state lawmakers, including the chair of the Senate elections committee (also sent messages to about dozen lawmakers in Arizona), urging them to overturn President Joe Biden’s 2020 election win in the tightly contested state...
...then Justice Thomas is the only member of the Supreme Court who voted against allowing the U.S. House committee investigating the Capitol riot to obtain Trump records that were held by the National Archives and Records Administration.
If that's NOT seditious conspiracy... let's look up the meaning. LINK
"No one is above the law" is wearing very thin these days.

Two years ago today, the ex-prez and his criminal cohorts tried to overthrow the government.
No politician has been held responsible.
President Biden will mark the 2nd anniversary of the attack on the Capitol with an award ceremony for 'heroes' from law enforcement for their contributions to democracy that day and beyond.

Politicians including sitting Congressman Perry who Kevin McCarthy today debased himself further over by rewarding him to gain his vote as speaker.
Two years and counting to see justice... and I maintain that is too long, too long for Canada which also has a very slow moving system at times. They need to start at the top when possible. It's frustrating seeing some ground-level stooges and goons dealt with while the manipulators of same continue on and may even be seen to prosper (or gain votes and further power). Still there, in the very building, still brazen, and still above many or any consequences so far.
Expect lots of b.s. 'investigation' committees from the new congress for the benefit of Trump and his enablers. Taylor-Greene (solid McCarthy vote all along to keep the agreement even if ultimately it's not McCarthy in charge) has already been rewarded and will likely be heading some investigation into Pelosi or Hunter Biden while restoring a voting rights act much needed is frozen.

I hope it'll be more like five angry froot loops, seven commercially printed signs, a confederate flag, and a dog 'protesting' on his behalf... kind of like that early WKRP with the listeners against rock music. :^D
Police are mobilizing though, unlike Jan. 6th when they were actually sabotaged on that date from some level and not having the numbers at ready. So five people, their dog, and a thousand police?
