Arabs should not be treated differently. Just as, all people that look like Timothy McVee should not be profiled.

It makes NO SENSE!!!!!!! for them to want to do that.

But to compare that with a black person being arrested for driving around after dark and being stopped by police  is completely not the same. EVERYONE has a right to drive a car, board a plane or feel their private conversation should be just that, private.

Legal wire taping with a warrant is fine.

Profiling is done to protect people.  It targets a specific group generally for the acts of a subset of that group.  Based on the above, where you establish that you do not believe ethnicity should be a basis for profiling, how do you justify and distinguish your position on gender-based profiling? Or is your position based on fear?  Here is a question posed to Greg in the thread linked above.  Based on your suspscion of men around kids, do you mistrust unmarried, childless male elementary school teachers?

No I do not, but if that teacher was taking my son on private trips I would be concerned and not allow it.

Big Brothers program, is very strict and do extensive screening of the men wanting to join, are they profilling? I know this because my cousin was in the program.

Are those on here saying that people that molest children, don't look for and become involved in programs where children are present?
