Like McCain, Obama doesn't need to dirty his hands with mudslinging.  That's what blogs are for.  Then the candidate can condemn the attack.  I don't really see McCain or Obama running filthy campaigns.  But surely there will be lots of mud slung on the internet.

Who said you did use them? You just told Rich not to change and that you agree with most of what he says, and that he has a right to be angry after the last 7 1/2 years. He gets a pass, in other words, for using the words he has. I suggested he tone it down a notch and lay off personal insults. And did you mean "than" instead of "then" when you said that's different "then/than" coming on here and call someone the name"? He called someone here a retard: "You are cluelss retard." He used that derogatory word for homosexuals, simply for effect. Hyperbole. It's not really necessary, is it? He seems to write well, maybe he could do it with less venom and get his points across a little better if he toned that stuff down. Maybe that's what he's all about though. I'd like to read whatever else he's had to say on the forum. I've ony read his comments in this thread.
