Palin: Iraq war 'a task that is from God'

"Our national leaders are sending them out on a task that is from God," she said. "That's what we have to make sure that we're praying for, that there is a plan and that plan is God's plan."

Combine this kind of stuff with some good old fashioned book banning, and I tell ya......

"So, is it true that Obama's never held a job?"

And the McCains never needed one.

I still say that Palin is only pretending to be Christian; she's actually a secret
Muslim.

To the republicans credit, their ticket, with Palin and Cindy McCain is full of MILFy goodness.

If Obama has spent his life in politics, and "hasn't held a job", then what is being a politician? I thought that being a senator or representative (and at times even a president) was a job - albeit a temporary one.

(sniff ...sniff...)  Hey!  Someone needs to change Scott's diaper.

Why?  You finally want out, Mike?

Anyone see the Daily Show juxtaposing Karl Rove's comments on Tim Kain
with Karl Rove's comments on Sarah Palin?

And the McCains never needed one.

Prior to marrying Cindy he didn't need a job?  Thankfully he felt the need to take a job though, as a soldier.

And that alone, puts everything you've ever said into complete perspective, LOL.

On Friedman:

"You want to prove that Milton Friedman is a fascist?  It's easy.  Quote him." - Arthur Laffer

"It is possible that Milton Friedman's policies suffer from the overriding disqualification that they simply cannot get a sufficient exercise in democratic situations." - William F. Buckley, Jr.

"The object of such controls (on wages, prices, and credit) is the restriction of spending on the part of individuals... Such a policy, if rigorously enforced, should restrain a rise in the price level.  This policy appears to have been successful in Nazi Germany." - Milton Friedman, Studies in the Quantity Theory of Money
