"They claim republicans are mindless zealots following a messiah... but practically orgasm over Obama."

There does seem to be a cult-like following with Obama and his message of "hope", "change" and the "yes we can" chant etc.

His "promises" have changed a bit since the race started but they all promise the moon and the stars don't they?

His ties to Rezko bother me.

I've tired to call his campaign several times to get someone to answer questions without any success.  It is strange.

Remember what Obama said - "John McCain likes to say that he'll follow bin Laden to the Gates of Hell - but he won't even go to the cave where he lives."

Republicans milk 9/11 - to supress freedoms and get us into a war that had nothing to do with 9/11, but when Obama suggests we go to Pakistan to get him, they say he's politically naive.

Am I to understand that you don't think it would be a bad thing to go to Pakistan to get bin Laden?  Does this mean you somehow advocate the idea of turning U.S. troops loose in Pakistan to search until they find bin Laden?

Seriously?  This doesn't seem naive to you?

And how would you feel about it if George W. Bush appeared on TV this evening to announce to  America that going into Pakistan now is the right thing to do, and because it's the right thing to do, the U.S. will be embarking on a major military mission starting tomorrow which will commit 150,000 troops to Pakistan, where they will remain stationed there indefinitely as a U.S. expeditionary force until Osama bin Laden is found.

Seriously -- what would your response be?  Would this make you happy, or would you be outraged?  I'm really interested in hearing your response on this.

Dunno about Mike, John...but my response would be, "WHY THE $&^*@ WEREN'T YOU GOING AFTER HIM SEVEN YEARS AGO?  WHY THE DETOUR TO YOUR PET INVASION THAT HAD NOTHING TO DO WITH THE ATTACK ON US?"  My next response would be to go to the emergency room to have my foot removed from the television set.

Same side of the coin to me.  Neither one has done anything for me to be able to choose one I like better.  They're both horrible.  Cheney just does most of his work behind the curtain.

Vote for your favorites so your conscience is clean, just remember that the computers that tabulate them are "proprietary" so they can't be verified, and have been proven time and again to be easy to fool, and falsify.

Heck they don't even have to use the computers to rig the election, just don't allow huge numbers of people the chance to vote...worked in Florida '00.

Wow, Ted; she's gorgeous (I liked the first shot you posted, too.) You are a
lucky man, but I'm sure you already know that!

Right. Palin's going to prison. Keep dreaming.

----

If there's justice she is.

Vigilante justice?  So the trial is just a formality?  She's guilty.  Period?

Maybe they should tie stones her her and throw her in the lake for an hour.  If she floats she's a witch and they can burn her.  If she doesn't float she's innocent.
