Obviously, Obama needs to start sleeping with Bill Clinton to gain credibility.

LOL.  I guarantee the media would run with that one.

So, can we give Sarah Silverman credit for swinging Florida to Obama?

Oh, in case you guys weren't following - Florida AND Ohio... AND Nevada and North Carolina and Virginia have all shiftted to Obama.

Thanks Sarah Palin!

Since I haven't commented on that, you can tell how unimportant that is to me.  That you chose to play into it by posting that, I can tell how important it is to you.

Jodi, I never said I thought Obama was a communist :P

I was talking about Ebert, because of your undying loyality to the McCain /Palin team, you come across as anyone that disrespects McCain has to be wrong (the commie comment was a joke) .

Scott I understand the McCain thing, because once, he did stand for his beliefs and vote more in the middle, but in the last 4 years he hasn't, but I can understand you liking him. But Palin is such a train wreck , she is lacking in so many ways, those that are still true to the Grand Old Party even find fault with her. It's the Bush republicans that seem to go gaa gaa over her and you just don't strike me as that kind of guy.

Sorry, I don't think Obama is qualified so my list would be empty.

*********

Way to duck the question Scott.

Coming from you William, that's frickin' hilarious.  You are the master of twisting and avoiding, With your mastery of it, I take that as a huge compliment.  LOL

***************

Name one question you've asked me that I haven't answered? What exactly have I twisted or avoided? You respond to one line in a post and ignore everything you either don't want to answer or don't have an answer to.

Whether or not people like what I believe, I answer the question. So ask away Scott. What do you want to know that I've ducked, twisted or avoided.

Unfortunately, in my opinion, Obama has intelligence but not wisdom.

And a woman who believes you can pray the gay away has neither.

As I said, I'm conservative on economic, foreign affairs and national security which would put me right in line with her stance and her backing of McCain on those.

************

And what is her stance? When has she given an answer that wasn't fed to her from her campaign team? Do you know what her real stance is or only what they want you to hear?

Before anyone gets that close to being president, I want those answers. Her stance on social issues is abysmal but no one knows enough about her to say what her stance is on economic, foreign affairs or national security. Say what you want about Biden, you know where he stands.

Jodi, I knew you didn't mean Obama.  It was just fun to play with the way you phrased it.

I don't have an undying loyalty to McCain/Palin.  I actually wish I had a better choice.  It's my dislike of Obama and what I think he'll do for this country (and I don't mean for the good) that has me supporting McCain/Palin as much as I do.  Do I think Palin is the best choice.  No way.  I think she leaves a LOT to be desired, but, even so, she comes out ahead of Obama in my mind.  There is only a possibility Palin could be President if McCain was elected.  Obama would BE President if Obama was elected.  I'll take the chance of a bad apple rather than grab the one I know won't taste good.

McCain I've always liked, never loved, but liked.  I think once he is President and doesn't have to worry about the party line to get elected, you'll see old McCain, not the McCain that needed to give in a bit to get the nomination and support.  I believe McCain will shift to the left more than people think.  By the same token, I think Obama will shift to the left of his current position if he's elected.
