"John McCain willingly served in Congress alongside a Mr. Barack Obama, who willingly associated with a known terrorist."
-----
Oh, it gets worse. Did you know that John McCain palled around with the Viet Cong for more than five years? They tried to get rid of him, but he just wouldn't leave!

unfortunately this is not a joke.
In the city of Rensselaer (NY) voters received this to vote by mail (by mail?????)
Of course this was just a terrible MISTAKE (yeah, right, in your dreams).
Shame on the republicans...

Both candidates have campaigned in The South! Did you know that The South once seceded from the United States back in 1861? McCain and Obama ACTIVELY SOUGHT THEIR VOTES!
Vote Nader.

THIS is troubling.
I was asked the other day at work if I thought Obama might be a target for assassination. I responded, somewhat glibly, that there have been four presidential assassinations, and the victims were all white men. I dismissed the thought out of hand. As things get uglier, I wonder if history is hitting the rewind button.
I'm old enough to remember the assassination of JFK. I remember Martin Luther King and Bobby Kennedy and Malcom X. I remember the attempts on Ford and Reagan.
I don't want another martyr. I don't want another round of "What if" and "If only". If McCain and Palin don't start turning down the rhetoric and start reigning in their supporters, I don't think anyone on this board who supports either of them should have the nerve to talk about anyone else's "ethics" ever again.

what can be more troubling than putting the name of the nº1 enemy of the United States on a voting cedule instead of the candidate's name?
Look at the picture!

Oh, I am sorry, I said Republicans? I meant Romulans, this is so Romulan! They always do that. Put a name of the Nº 1 enemy in the votation cedule instead of the real name of the candidate. They do that every Vulcan election.

Call the person Osama = put Osama, instead of Obama in a votation cedule for the Presidency of United States.
Wow, that is a GREAT comparison.

The Rensselaer County Board of Elections is comprised of two commissioners, each representing one of the two major political parties, and a full time staff of equal representation
So only Republicans are responsible? Want to change your story?

You see, the Romulans, they do mind games and this is the way they do things.
Not the Republicans, Republicans would never use those sewer tactics, but the Romulans... Oh, man...
