Thanks, Marcio.

I can't believe no one has posted it in the "Post Your Favorite Horror-
Themed Covers!" thread yet...

I don't have a proposition, other than Ayers and his compatriots should face the appropriate charges in a court of law.
+++

What about the "other" Ayers that you do not know about because it was not on tv? Work for the system perfection is correct, but to go after Ayers and his companions ONLY and just because it was on TV.

Again, the justice of United States had 40 years to go after this men and women and bring them to court, now, 40 years later, it must be solved because it is on tv? That is not the right way.

The man should be punished and pay for his crimes, but according to the law and according to the system, let's not create another system just for him to please the audience. The US justive knows that, read the link on Jodi's post.

Hey Al, thanks for the all aboard. Let's all go down to Pop's Chocklit Shoppe for a malted.

I thought you guys all went to Tim Hortons!

Wayde - I'm not saying the Republican party will go away, but I do think this version of it - the post Watergate mixture of Religion and Big Business?  That one is dying.  (THANK SWEET JESUS!)

Today's Republican party is nothing like the party of Eisenhower, of the party of Lincoln - the parties shift and chage over time.

There is a precendent for this. In the past decade, a number of elderly white supremacists who dodged justice in state courts in the 1960s have been indicted and convicted on federal charges, due to heinous crimes they committed during the Civil Rights Era. And rightfully so -- justice deferred is still better late than never. Yes, most of these white supremacists had become "respected citizens," but they still needed to answer for their crimes.

Heck, we occasionally still see Nazi war criminals prosecuted. Again, I applaud the efforts to bring those evil men to justice, even though it is 60 years overdue.

*****

But they actually killed people. Call it dumb luck or what have you but that makes a huge difference in prosecuting somebody for a forty year old crime.

However, the bad news for the Obama campaign?

McCain's made up with Letterman.
