If you have a speaker whipping up people with lies and half truths that are hate filled and demonizing, then those in the crowd go out and do horrible things, do the ones giving the speech, have no ownership?

I guess that would depend on the situation. One can be charged with inducing a riot but the individual is ultimately responsible for their own actions. Are musicians such as Judas Priest responsible for teenage suicide?
