That video is hilarious! Poor lady and her arthritic hip.....

And here is today's haul in the mail from the Republican party....and this has been EVERY day for the last week and a half. What a waste.

I haven't received a single thing in the mail for the Presidential election? Seriously. I'm feeling a little left out.

I've gotten very little in the mail - no surprise, living in Indiana.  But the TV ads!  Indiana is this year a swing state!

Virginia is heavy into the middle of things this time. It may be the first time since1964 that the state goes Democrat. That may explain the "panic mail".

I haven't seen an old brother-in-law for years but I know how he will vote even now. All anyone has to say is that they will take his guns away.

I'm getting up bright and early tomorrow morning and heading to downtown Cleveland, Ohio. Obama will be speaking at a rally and Bruce Springsteen will be doing a free acoustic concert. It's a bonus I support Obama, but I'm seeing Springsteen any chance I can get.

"A white Senator -- equally as anonymous, equally undistinguished and, yes, equally as well spoken -- as Obama would not have garnered the same media attention."

You're ignoring Obama's incredible organizational skills and instincts. He's made all the right choices, while opponents with decades more experience have made the wrong ones. If Hilary could do what Obama did, she would be winning the election now. If McCain could do what did what Obama did, he would have won the presidency eight years ago.

I will not be surprised if twenty, thirty years from now people will still be trying to portray the Obama presidency as a case of affirmative action writ large. While conveniently forgetting the Presidency before him came out from a stolen election. Forgetting that particular candidate had no other real credentials than his father's last name. White, undistinguished, but that certainly didn't hinder him.

Joe - Hasn't Obama been amazing? I say this as somebody who was a Hillary fan at the beginning, and thought he made a gaffe by saying he would sit down with enemies back in the day.

He has struck exactly the right tone at all points. I believe this campaign will go into textbooks as positive, yet hard-hitting. Also, it's only been mentioned occasionally but I believe the smaller donations that are truly grassroots really made the difference (I know I have ended up giving $20-25 every 5-6 weeks).

From the London Telegraph, a retrospecitve of the campaign. A look back at some of the moments some of us may have forgotten.
