And what of this thread? What will the future hold for our that?
If its like 2000 we should be good for weeks. Otherwise, I'm sure there will be some fallout discussions.

Tom, I voted before school...
So did I, Ted. I have an after school rehearsal, so wouldn't be able to get back to the polls till around 6pm tonight, when the state will have firmly declared OBAMA (Maryland), so I voted this morning, so mine will "count." Though, now that I've read John's post...

Oddly, the line was only 5 people in the school that's a block from my house in Brooklyn. I think I waited longer in 2000!

I voted early Saturday morning. There was a line when I arrived, but I was still in and out in about fifteen minutes.
My job is being used as a voting location today though, so I had to pass a bunch of signs and last minute persuaders just to get through the front doors!

I voted for who I think is going to win. However, with the redneck mofia in Oklahoma, no telling who is going to get that state.

I won't get to vote until after work, but I passed 3 polling places on my way in today, including my own, and there were long lines out the door at all 3. One was at a fire station, which didn't seem too smart with a large crowd and cars narrowing the street on both sides.
