I'm not always a huge fan of the "stain glass" coloring, but you NAILED that Namor one. Awesome job.

I got some colored Pitt Brushes for the purpose of doing shading, this was
one of my earlier attempts. I've gotten a little better since then and I actually
prefer using blue instead of grey.

Oh and yeah, that's a goof, I added the buildings over the signal without
thinking.

Let's pretend the story goes:

Gordon: "Batman, thank god you answered my phone call. The Riddler's
made off with the signal!"
