Hi JPB!  Here's my Spock -- I suck at likenesses, but here goes.

Thanks Jodi!  I'm trying to come up with what to draw next.  Do you have any suggestions?

Chris I like your female but what are the dots on her shoulders?  Excellent job on her lips!

Derek, I could tell it was spock, he was just a little thicker then I have seen him, but you don't come any where near sucking!!!!! Actually it looks like Spocks father.

Kory your work reminds me of the Archies comics. Great vivid colors.

Bill is it hard working in pastels, does it smudge easily? It has a wonderful soft look to it!

JPB you need to hard bound your drawings, what a great book it would be, pages bursting with wonderful colors and amazing art, like a bag of skittles!!! I am getting a new Mac computer and I saw Mac has a service where you can have a book made for around 39.00 , and it looks so sharp, think how cool it would be,  to lay a book out for people  to look at your work.

Thanks Jodi, the dots are green on the original, just a fantasy character, so a little something different.

As if you couldn't guess by now, I'm a big fan of "movie montages".

Black Manta. First time I've ever drawn the character and first time ever computer painted an entire image, probably the last. I could not believe how long that took. (and yes, I'm going to blame the distortion of the trident on the process. Not on the fact I can't draw straight).

It's a different deal. The oil sticks I used for this are thick and they go on like
crayon. You have to use your fingers (or at least I used my fingers) to
smudge, smooth and mold the colors. I really enjoy doing it. I'm not ready to
do a commission with them, I don't think, but they are a fun diversion. I also
like the softness it has.
