Well, after snow all day yesterday then and layer of freezing rain on top of
that, I woke up this morning to 40 degrees and moderate rainfall. Practically
all it did yesterday is gone. Now the big worry is what will happen to all this
water when temps get down into the teens tonight.

On the matter of generators, all the models I checked out online showed them nestled against the side of the house, like air conditioners. But when I called, I was told the unit had to be a minimum of ten feet from the house.
