So sad to hear this. What an artist. His drawing just got better and better
over the years- always excellent.
Rest in peace.

He’s been posting on Facebook recently about various medical conditions.
I really liked his art and was sad to hear he was unwell.
More so to hear that he has died.

Shocked and sad. He could do amazing things with a pencil and ink! I remember staring at his work for long periods of time. Just marveling at the line....

First saw his work in the X-MEN/MICRONAUTS miniseries. He seemed to
have many sides to his style thru the years, yet I always enjoyed it. Sad to
hear of his passing.

Damn, he was a tremendous talent. I only knew him in passing, mostly online, but he was a gracious and friendly person in our interactions.

I've absolutely loved the history lessons he's given the past few years online about the classic comic book and strip artists from before my time. You could feel his love for the medium and those artists in every word and image he posted.

Sad news. I didn't think he was even in his
sixties.

I loved his work on the Flash and Dr. Strange.
His style seemed to change in later years to
using more black.

This makes me sad.  I’ve long been a fan of his work.  Have much of it in my collection.  So sorry to hear of his passing.
