I was told in a meeting yesterday that the students where I teach need to improve in writing, So I could I come up with some writing they could do in my K-5 elementary Art classes. Then I can use AI to give them feedback on what they need to improve.

I said I don't trust AI to give them correct information.

A.I. can't be trusted and one of the main problems is
people believing what A.I. tells them. A few weeks ago i
read an obviously A.I. essay saying that British actress
Emma Thompson appeared in Ozzy Osbourne's Bark At The
Moon video as his wife. I informed the poster that she
didn't and that it was an actress called Sharon Duce (yes
a Sharon playing his wife) and he wouldn't believe me! I
directed him to the video and a picture of Sharon Duce
who bears no resemblance to Emma Thompson and he had to
concede. But it was obvious the poster had never watched
said video before and just took A.I. at it's word.
If you look at the effects smart phones have had on the
brains of the population in the last 15 years, can you
imagine the effect A.I. will have on their brains in a
similar time frame? Critical thinking is already fading
away.
