Awake with insomnia this morning, I found a fun -- well, for an obsessive compulsive like me! -- way to spend my time. The shelves in my studio are made of those snap-together metal "milk crates", grids that form five sides leaving one open. Turns out the squares of the grids are just the size of the normal bases on the 3" lef figures. So I decided to rearrange my collectionnnnn to leave spaces for all the figures thusfar announced, each to a square, in three rows, off-set. Interesting to see how the figures clump together, and the spaces between others. The Green Goblin must have serious B.O.! He's all alone in a wide space.

I thought he had Playboys on that rack before.•• I did. A stack of about two dozen issues from the late 1950s and early 1960s. They are still there, just on another shelf, out of shot.

Some new arrivals and a bit of rearranging…
The Inhumans Royal Family. Thats my own sculpts of Dragon Man and Fin Fang Foom lurking in there.
The good Doctor is new. Terrax and Nova have been moved next to their boss. 
Segregating the badguys. 
The two closest, cover-image inspired Superman pieces are new, as is Powergirl. 
This turned out to be a whole lot more Jim Lee than I understood from the promotional material, but it's a pretty nifty sculpt/paint.

JB -- I like the Curt Swan-ish Superman on the left of your second-to-last photo. Where'd you find that one?
And is that the Alex Ross Batman Black & White statue on the bottom left of the last photo?

My statues and busts are behind glass. I worry about the cat shoving something, and having it smash on my wood floor.

As mine did with the Bowen Rhino bust, Bowen Green Goblin bust and Bowen Spider-Man full size statue? Yup, repair work later, they all look ok, though Spidey stands crooked on his base.

My first trip to my LCS since late last year brought some new toys to my desk. Bowen's Shaman is a very welcome addition to my Alpha Flight collection. Kitty Pryde is nearly a full size statue. I'm a little worried she might tip forward, it's a pretty narrow base. Both are sculpted by JBF's Jim Maddox and are gorgeous work.
My first of the Classic Marvel Figurines. Thor needs some touch up paint work, but other than that, I'm really happy with the quality. I was glad to see they aren't all the same height, either. Ben is about a head shorter than the other two.
