I believe thats The Scarecrow but not the DC version. I used to have a gold key

comic with him in it. Kind of like a Zorro or Robin Hood guy right?

22 years ago. Inkings by my friend Edde Wagner (he did one or two X-Men numbers for Marvel few years later)
