No photoshop on this one Arc~! (Okay, so I resized it but....haha) ________________________
Now you're making me feel guilty. I never said anything bad about photoshop, in fact, I want to learn how to use it!
Robert LaGuardia: really great pages, lots of movement and dynamic moments.

It is a challenge to me to make it look like a drawing of the same person from different angles.

I'd say it's not a challenge only for you... I have a hard time drawing the same face even in the same angle! Anyway, there are some guys here that could offer you some real advice, I'm just a beginner.

Cool Darren! What hardware(tablet?) and software do you use? Did you do
the whole thing digital?
Arc: It is a challenge for me as well to get faces to look the same even from
the same angle - JB said in another thread you got it or you don't. For those
of us who don't - HELP!!!! At least I know I'm not the only one...

Kor- Yeah, I looked into a number opf these Vanity Press type things a while back but really, there's no use producing something, for which there is little or no demand. I'd sell, maybe, 600. So I'm Happy enough entertaining myself...and anyone else who happens upon the stuff I share online. Thanks for your encouragement though.
Dave- "Yes" you can tell it's the same character. However, let's see the character in a 3/4 and try playing around with the expressions and lighting too. That should help cement the character in your head. Also, at this size it's a lot easier to redraw the same character, try varying the size. How do you propose to show the same character in a cm square? These thing should be considered too.
Gilbert- Nice foreshortening on the cam nearest arm/hand. As a future thought, try tying your elements together, even just as an experiment during the design stage. The hand and bat should have a clear relationship. A drop shadow from her extended arm, might hav given you a nice directional tool for the "readers" eye to follow.
Anthony- Nice drawing dude, love the near fist and his expression too.
JPB- Nice Cap's dude.
Arc- I've been approached by a few companies over the lst year and a half and I'm still resistant. I still haven't placed any value or merit in the work that I do, so seeing people like Gill Kane, Alex Toth, Kirby, Hughes, Davis or Byrne, I'm left wondering what could I possibly bring to an industry that has so many wonderful artists already?
Gilbert- Nice Aurora.

I use my index finger and the "mousepad" on my laptop. The Figure was drawn then inked on A4, scanned, seperated, turned into a path and then Coloured. All using PS CS3.

Thanks for your suggestions Darren, I'll definitely be trying that stuff out.
Good point about the different sizes.
