JT - Very sweet pieces.

JPB - Even more intense than usual.  I love both THING and CAPTAIN AMERICA.

Thanks for that colouring job on Mikael's Batman, JT -- now I'm all nostalgic
for Alan Davis' all-too-brief run on Detective.

(That's high praise, in case it's not obvious from the other side of the
computer screen!)

Cheers

Jim

My inks over Arc Carlton.

He was nice enough to send me a big copy of the file. I
wanted to try inking his pencils since they are so
different then the superhero stuff I usually do. I'm not
satisfied with the job I did, but I like it.

I think it kept his art fairly intact while showing some of
my inking style.

Are you a Deathklok/Metalocalypse fan, by any chance, Wallace?
(I'm asking because of the "Murderface" part of her name)
---
Brian I like the look of Deathlok, and learned a little about him in an
installment of BACK ISSUE, but have never read a DEATHLOK comic. I
have a friend who has a friend they call Murderface because even those
she's really attractive, she always looks like she's ready to kill someone. I
didn't do a good job of capturing the look of her "homicidal grill" here,
but ss soon as i heard her name and saw a picture, her story popped into
my head.

Wallace, that murderface piece of yours is really good.
---
Thanks, AC!

Amazing art all, and I'm really flattered for the awesome coloring done on my Batman. You guys rock, and this thread is just awesome. :-)

Jim's right Mikael, your stuff is rather Alan Davis-esque.

++++++++++++

Uh, Deathklok, not Deathlok. They're the death metal band on the Adult Swim cartoon show Metalocalypse, and the bassist is named William Murderface.

But I guess you've answered my question.

Cool pic, btw.
