Abrams books are distributed in Australia.

Amusing to think of that, given that the first half-tab comicbook I bought was an Australian reprint. Full circle!

My childhood buddy informed me on Thursday that he finally received the copy that he ordered on launch day, third printing.

I've been reading online that the demand for the subsequent printings were a surprise, and Abhrams resorted to having some of them printed in the USA instead of China to keep up (it will say which on the jacket). So theoretically the US-printed ones might be considered to be worth more.
