Thanks, Arc.  It's for a small press sci-fi comic that's out over here.  I know that we're not supposed to post any self promotion so I don't know if I can say or not.

Well as no one has said anything against, then it won't do you any harm to do a search for Omnivistascope and have a look at what might pop up,

I'll be appearing in three strips in the forthcoming issue, and I was also in three in the last issue.  I've been mentioned in a couple of reviews (Comics International and on a 200AD forum board) not that I'm one to boast.

Chris Geary: I'll do the search.
Haven't visited the 2000AD page in ages.

I basically draw cartoons because I like humor, but the other reason I draw cartoons is because I can't ink my "native" style.  I drew this in about half an hour tonight.  It's for a guy I know.  I can't ink my own pencils.  I just don't know how.  I'd like to use my own style.  Any advice?

It's another nursery rhyme character come to life (like Mr. Grundy.)  I added to the rhyme.  :)

Peter, Peter Pumpkin Eater,

Had a wife but couldn’t keep her,

So he put her in a shell,

There he kept her very well,

‘Til the townsfolk came a’ calling,

What they found was most appalling,

Flesh and bones were torn apart,

In the larder was her heart,

Peter, Peter Pumpkin Eater,

Had a wife but couldn’t keep her,

So he put her in a shell,

And to this day he burns in hell.

Holy cow, JPB.  *bows before his talent*

I wish I could do that to my own work.  How/what did you do to get it to this point?

I scanned your drawing into my printer and then printed it out onto cartridge paper, then i inked it with a brush then scanned it back into a programme that would enable me to colour it and thats how i did it ,it took about 15 minutes William.

Oh, so you ink with a brush.  Hmm, I'll have to try that.  I've always used an ink pen, and its a very frustrating experience.

Thanks again.
