I love it Anthony.
John, your Galactus stuff has inspired me to go back and
read the Byrne run of Fantastic Four. I happen to be back
home with my collection this week, so timing was nice.
Marc, all of the how to books show some basic stuff very
nicely. If you really want to study the muscles, grab
Gray's Anatomy.
But really, there is no material as good as real life. Go
out to the park and do quick scribbly gesture drawings of
people and animals you see. Make the point of the
exercise to extend yourself through the pencil and
capture the moment and movement.
Drawing from life is the bomb.
