I know you dont want to feed ’fans’ with ’better that this or that’ - but is there a book I could point a new reader to, where I can say this is the right place to start to get aqainted with your stories and get ’on the right track’ from the beginning, so to speak.

Looking back, I find that I really enjoyed being there from (almost) the beginning with DOOMSDAY+1 and then watching this great new artist taking over the somewhat lackluster MARVEL TEAM-UP, and (though I loved the Cockrum issues) X-MEN went from good to great during his time.  (Somehow, I missed the IRON FIST run at the time.)  AVENGERS was great and CAPTAIN AMERICA was better.  It was wonderful to see him come out of the gate as a really good writer on FF and to watch him try new things as an artist and a writer with NAMOR and SHE-HULK.  And the winners just kept on coming!  He's probably personally responsible for at least ten percent of my overall comic book enjoyment!

So, my first answer was (if you can) to read all of JB's stuff in order!
My second answer (if you need to jump around)--SHE-HULK!
