       | I am beginning to wonder if EM artists are running out of poses ... | | |
I'm working from memory here, but I can't recall many (any) figures in the classic "arms akimbo" pose -- seems like we'd be seeing a LOT more heroes in that particular pose (and some of the haughty villains as well).  I'm somewhat surprised we didn't see Superman in this pose, and it seems like it would be ideal for Captain Marvel ("Shazam") when they get around to doing him.

 | Another preview from Steve's website.  I don't care much about Captain Marvel, this might be an impulse buy for me.

Richard, thank you for your generous offer. I may wait a little bit before going further. Maybe she will be lucky !

 | Didier, you'd better hurry since Green Arrow is released tomorrow (stores don't keep former issue more than 2 weeks ...).     |

 | Captain Marvel would DEFINITELY look better if they had gone for the full "arms akimbo" pose . . . looks kinda weird to me with his right hand sorta-kinda thrust out like that (can't help but thinking that if you placed that Captain Marvel slightly in front of and to the right of a Superman figurine, it would look rather nasty . . . or maybe it's just me). Odd pose aside, Cap's cape looks WAY too "off the shoulder" -- it almost seems like it's so far gone that there's not enough cape on the shoulder for it to hang there, despite the cord around Cap's neck.  Cap also seems to be leaning back a bit (that part could be the camera angle, tho).

 | I'm not sure who or what this is.  Someone from Crisis, right?  Never read it.  Nice figure, I guess.

Sorry, I was so excited about Starfire, I neglected to thank Steve & the guys at Eaglemoss for the photos.

 | LOL, Ryan I think you logged of our forum about 30 seconds before these images got posted......I was timing you and you let me down.... I saw an unpainted Starfire "in the flesh" so to speak.......even all gray she looked stunning.  But painted she is something else beyond stunning.   wait till you see the likes of Union Jack and Prof-x (cmfc).     Very nice indeed.
