Some sparse layouts.. done with more or less the Dan Barry version of Flash Gordon in mind.

Painted Skull 4 tonight. This photo is lit in studio and very wet, once it drys a bit I could get a better shot.

Just to show you that the naked chick wasn't the only thing I drew this week...

I have this new job where they give me at least an hour for lunch (I just take one hour), in which I have at least half that time after finishing the meal to relax a bit and do various things.  Since I brought scrap paper and a 2B graphite in a 0.7mm lead holder, I figured a little life drawing practice (as suggested by Neal Adams) comes in handy while sitting outside the worksite.

While attempting to color my recent DeviantART.com work in progress in Corel Paint Shop Pro X4...

I discovered something rather disturbing about the program while trying to save the image that I was working on.  Apparently, there's a bug in the program that won't let me save an image that I'm editing in *PSPIMAGE format.  The color layer that I created for the "overlay" to preserve the line art cannot be saved with the rest of the image, and I have to leave it unchanged.  Looks like I'll have to save in another format in order to keep the work in progress as a saved image, and add layers to fill in the remaining spots...

I added a little detail and some color in a class Demo for the Frank images. Complimentary Color schemes was the topic.

Last post of this guy, I worked him a bit more and tightened a few areas. He was fun. It was different for me to use photo reference so heavily but this was a fun exercise.
