Pencil lines for my latest model sheet. I'm starting to get the handle on this, though I feel like there still needs to be a bit of tweaking and tightening up. With these, I'm going to save the pencils by using the lightpad technique for the inking phase. I'm pretty much set on the main characters (and antagonist) here, so it's a matter of pulling together additional model sheets for supporting characters and other antagonists as they come. One thing I've noticed with the tools that I'm using is that the T-square which I used for lining up everything on this sheet of paper is off by a slight angle. I don't know if it's the paper or the table on which I'm working, but it really shows up when I go to crop the image in the paintshop software. I'm thinking of getting a new T-square and coming up with a little experiment to show me which side is off-center.
