Trump is supposedly signing an order that would let the VA refuse to treat anyone who is a Democrat or who isn't married.
That happens, I hope anyone who goes along with it is happy with losing their medical license and possibly their freedom at some point down the road.

Today I read this administration's EPA intends to reverse a ban on asbestos, a carcinogen... that causes disease and death from exposure. LINK
So much for health in this country.

I read the same report on Arstechnica and they have added the following:"Trump's support for asbestos has been welcomed in Russia, a primary asbestos supplier to the US. In 2018, a Russian asbestos company began marketing asbestos with Trump's face and a seal reading "Approved by Donald Trump, 45th President of the United States."
So yeah totally a coincidence... as the worst timeline still plays out....

Your health and safety really does suck
Your sweets have carcinogens in them, you add hormones to meat, wash
chickens with chlorine and now it looks like you will allow asbestos.
Yeah, vaccines really are the evil killing your children..

All that, and then the US gets all
indignant when Europe says "...uh, no
thanks" to US agricultural products. Then
the US gets all bent about Europe's
"unfair" trading practices. The ignorance,
arrogance, and entitlement all mashed
together is just stunning.

A friend of mine just started working for Trump this week. As I told them, I
had gotten used to the administration being staffed by crooks and
incompetents, but knowing someone actually capable working there
frightens me more than ever.

It won’t be two weeks.
There’s been a lot of commentary about how he uses two weeks as a way of
being able to make a claim and then just doing nothing.
In two weeks time, his next crisis, nut job idea, will have manifested, and
everyone forgets what he said he was going to do two weeks ago.
His hope is that this peters out, becomes normalised (as unfortunately Gaza
has - pretty sure his Gaza riviera had a two week announcement at some
point in the past), or Israel will have done what he is dithering about.
So he will have decided nothing.
