That was Simonson on inks.

How about JB inking Curt Swan on Adventures of Superman Annual #2

"JB inked the cover of Devil Dinosaur #9."

Good call. I forgot about that one.

I never knew about it!  And the Simonson pairings are surprises too!

So, the final tally (thanks to everyone who added!) for this thread (not putting issue numbers on extended runs) is--

Marvel
Joe Rubinstein--CAPTAIN AMERICA
Klaus Janson--WOLVERINE
Tom Palmer--SILVER SURFER
Bob McLeod--MARVEL TEAM-UP #100, NEW MUTANTS #75
Joe Sinnott--FANTASTIC FOUR
Terry Austin--X-MEN
Bob Wiacek--ALPHA FLIGHT
Bob Layton--INCREDIBLE HULK ANNUAL #7, IRON MAN #118
Gene Day--AVENGERS #181, AMAZING SPIDER-MAN #206
Dan Adkins--IRON FIST
Dan Green--AVENGERS
Tony DeZuniga--MARVEL TEAM-UP #70 (with THOR)
Al Williamson--CAPTAIN AMERICA #313 cover
Walt Simonson--X-FACTOR ANNUAL #4
Steve Ditko--MACHINE MAN #14 cover
Jerry Ordway--FANTASTIC FOUR
Mike Machlan--WEST COAST AVENGERS
Pablo Marcos--Count Nefaria trilogy in AVENGERS
Dave Hunt--MARVEL TEAM-UP
Frank Giacoia--MARVEL TEAM-UP #53
Mike Esposito--CHAMPIONS, MARVEL TEAM-UP #54
Scott Williams--UNCANNY X-MEN #273
Jim Mooney--AMAZING SPIDER-MAN #189-190
Vince Colletta--SPECTACULAR SPIDER-MAN #58
DC
George Perez--ACTION COMICS #600
Mark Farmer--SUPERMAN: TRUE BRIT
Karl Kesel--LEGENDS
Dick Giordano, Frank McLaughlin--SUPERMAN
Jose Luis Garcia-Lopez--NEW TEEN TITANS ANNUAL #2
Jim Aparo--UNTOLD LEGEND OF THE BATMAN #1

Wow!  That's practically every inker I ever heard (in my first 20 or 30 years of comic collecting)!  I find it hard to believe that anyone else was ever inked by so many notables!  (Though I might have to do a Sal Buscema deep dive at some point!)

Yep, and I very happily own a page of that collaboration.

I actually remember where I was when I first read that issue. Because I couldn't afford more than a few comics a month, I read a classmate's copy in 8th grade math class, and I was blown away. If only I could have told my younger self at that moment that in just shy of 40 years later, I would own a piece of it!

It's also crazy to note that this was only Kyle Baker's third inking job ever, just after 2 issues of TRANSFORMERS (I also owned both of those issues, and even then I was wowed by his inking prowess).
