I get it. But you gotta understand that from the outside as a tween reading these books, I thought Marvel/DC were perfect organizations, top to bottom. I'm just having a hard time wrapping my brain around the idea that these were offices as dysfunctional as my own. These peeks behind the curtain always have a certain shattering of my idealized conception.

Remember the FF Byrne collections in the aughts? There was one that completely botched the final pages of the 1983 Annual 17 where it was a blurry mess and Marvel just sent it out that way. Yeah, maybe fixing the error would have been costly... but c'mon.

Maybe they plan to fix that faulty issue where everything was accidentally printed sideways?
I jest, of course… but it’s exactly the sort of thing that wouldn’t surprise me.

So, looking at the digital preview, which is lower res than a Kindle version, I can see improvements to the art presentation from the Visionaries version. When Ben is inside the bubble, the art is much clearer in this new print. I’ve not gone further at the moment, but it does look like there is better presentation. The colours are pretty much the same though.
