In the words of my late dad, I would not be very impressed with them waiting until I got there to cancel my surgery. What condition changed between last night and 4:30 this friggin' morning that caused things to change?

Hopefully it was canceled due to an issue on their side rather than your
side.
Did they outright cancel or postpone?
