Mexican Coke or Kosher (Passover) Coke, same deal, is the closest to what Coke was all those decades ago. I can't honestly tell you how much I remember what Coca-Cola tasted like forty plus years ago, but it seems to me that these sugar cane cokes are like the real thing.
(Yeah, little tiny advertising pun from half a century ago.)

Ordered some Mexican 7-Up. When it arrives I shall pop in a Walt Disney ZORRO episode on DVD while I drink one. Should be instantly 10 years old. (7-Up sponsored the DISNEYLAND TV series when I was that age.)

When I saw that picture with Walt beside triceratops, I immediately sent the picture to my wife saying that if we ever have a backyard, I, too, want Walt Simonson there.

Speaking of Coca-Cola, remembering a few decades back when Pepsi launched a new ad campaign with GOTTA HAVE IT!For reasons beyond fathoming, Coke did not immediately resurrect their old slogan COKE IS IT!

My toughest drink to break free from was Mountian Dew... I would instantly want another bottle after the last sip of the previous one. Perhaps this is why I don't drink alcohol ; )
