Thank you for the reply, Joe.  Watching Perez and Davis draw must be quite the treat.

Just arrived. It's on 8x14 board, with art filling up about half that.

I love seeing the Dan Dare stuff. Not familiar with it at all, but that art makes me want to start reading it.

Joe, excellent pick ups this weekend! The Jughead makes me laugh.

Ryan, that is a fantastic score!

Paul's the only guy I know who can pick up a commission from an artist who isn't even a guest at the con while standing in line for a panel said artist wasn't even attending.

Just sayin'.

I really dig the Supreme!

Some great pick-ups at the con. I may have to drag my achin' back out there at some point.

Thanks Joe. That was the best timing of a commission/con pick up ever. I was even more lucky because they ended up not going into the con because ticket prices were too high.

Here is a piece by Richard Maurizio. He has done licensing work for Warner Brothers and was also the inker on the Tom and Jerry comic strip.

Wow! Flashback. Crossing Canada by train, age 7 (almost 8). My mother buys me a copy of Dell's MOUSE MUSKETEERS comic, a Tom & Jerry spin-off. Inside is a page teaching us how to draw the little gray mouse. Must have copied it a hundred times as we chugged along, never daring to vary from the pose on the page!
