Uh-mazing!  My Axe Cop commission arrived in plenty of time for Christmas as promised!

For those not familiar that's Axe Cop and his machine gun armed dinosaur friend Wexter!

No idea who/what that is, Joe, but I like the style of it!  And a big congrats on the publishing!

William.  Damn!

It's AXE COP!  Seriously you should check it out!  Online comic that was published in a trade by Dark Horse.  Fantastically fun stuff!  Ethan Nicolle is a great artist!

A recent commission by an artist named Kevin Wada who I recently discovered when I happened across a set of couture-inspired renderings of the X-Women.  This scan doesn't do justice to the depth of the watercolors, but you'll get a good sense of it anyway.

This isn't what I usually collect but I saw it I just had to have it. I won this at
the Pixar Animation Studio: Annual Cartoon Art Museum Benefit (Thanks
Steve). It was my first time at Pixar. This was done by Jeff Pidgeon an
animator who worked on Toy Story, Monsters Inc and Wall-E. Also the voice
of the Green Aliens in all of the Toy Story movies.

The only piece of original artwork I have from a comic book artist is a big inked pinup from Rafael Grampa, back when we were young and he was this very promising artist who made me ashamed of my own drawings.

One Eisner Award later, the shame is quite amplified. ;-)
