Well, I've been pestering Catskill Comics ever since the SUPERMAN BEYOND comic came out and the art finally went up for sale.  I snagged the best multi-panel page from the book!

I have a question for you folks who collect artwork. Where does one
go to find an older, specific piece that doesn't seem to pop up on an
Internet search? I've been looking for an Aquaman page by Don
Newton for a long time. Specifically, Aquaman vol.1, issue 63, page1.
It's a title splash page " My Brother's Keeper".

Comic Art Fans is a good place to start. I did a couple of searches and got close -- here's the splash to #62. Unfortunately, searches are dependent on the data entered by the gallery owners, which is rarely consistent or complete.

After CAF, you could search the archives of the bigger auction houses like Heritage and Comiclink. You could also check the inventory of the larger dealers, like Romitaman, Anthony Snyder, Albert Moy and Cool Lines Art. There are many other dealers, but those are the biggest I know of.

After that you'll have to start networking with dealers and experienced collectors. A lot of art is locked up in private collections with no way to learn about it except by word-of-mouth. Good luck with your search!

Thanks Dan. Comic Art Fans and Cool Lines I've checked but I'll look
at the others.
