Just back from the framers, Neal Adams Black Canary.  It's been on his website for a bit, I've had my eye on it for a while, and I finally took advantage of a "holiday sale" to pick it up.

The use of colored paper that has grown steadily as a trend over the past year has produced some staggering results as far as incredible art. Congrats on all of the recent postings!

§* That Neal Adams, what a hack!

I kind of like the colored paper. His Black Canary looks great. Nice pick up, Steve.

Yeah, Wiacek did one or two "episodes". He was doing a pretty good Austin
impression at the time, so you probably wouldn't be able to tell unless you
took a look at the credits.

Even then you might not know! This page came from the story that had inking credit as Terry Austin but in the next issue they printed an "opps" credit for Bob Wiacek.

Fantastic week for me continues....

Ron Frenz takes his shot at Marvel Team-Up 68 for my collection!  All pencils.  The inclusion of D'Spayre was his idea.  I asked for him to replace Spider-Man with Spider-Girl.  I'm hoping to have Brett Breeding ink a blueline copy of this for me later this year.
