They are in amazingly good shape. I sent a friend a jpg of the on on the right, and he thought I was telling him I'd bought a really well preserved edition of the original comic!

Now that I have three pages from "Project Nimbus" (the one on the right, and two others), I of course started playing with the idea of setting myself the "holy grail" of getting the whole story. Then I did the math, literally. Even if the prices froze where they are today, that would run close to half a million dollars. Ah well! Three is good, right?

++++

And they looks immaculate! JB, can you discern the artist´s footprints, like in a penciled/ink page (brush strokes et al)?

BTW, I much prefer the EAGLE on top, like in the page on the right. Shame to lose so much precious page acreage to the mag´s title like the one on the left.

Ed Hannigan commission:

I requested a recreation of this Batman Family Digest cover, one of my
favorite childhood comics!

I think Ed knocked it out of the park!

And I am very thankful he accepted to do it. Due to health problems, he
could only work an hour per day and very slowly. He put in a super-human
effort and it shows!
