Mr. Byrne---Just catching up on the artwork posts and saw the pages you posted. A question I have is regarding the coloring, is it on the original pages or an overlay?•• The pieces are fully rendered watercolor paintings.

Sir-----Thank you for the details. &nbs p; &nbs p; &nbs p; &nbs p; &nbs p; &nbs p; Nathan----The JSA piece by Irwin Hasen is a hand colored print of a panel that Irwin reproduced from an original All-Star Comics story he drew in the 1940s. Aside of doing original convention sketches, Irwin also has for sale hand colored prints and they are inexpensive. But well worth it. Considering he is in his mid-90s, he is still sharp of mind and still has many stories to relate to the young fans about DC in the beginning.

I just got two pieces from Bruce Timm's recent "Naughty and Nice" art book. Always wanted one of his color pieces; now I have two. Here's one. The other is NSFW, and I'm not sure of the board's policy on nudity, so I'll just say to check out my Comicartfans gallery for more.
