Weird "mask" on Mr. Terrific. Reminds me of the Atom villain Chronos -- a disguise that leaves all the most recognizable features (ears, shape of eyes, shape of nose, shape of lips) completely visible! And this one takes it a step further, with the hair in plain sight. Does the new Terrific NOT have a "secret identity"?
----
My early impression of Mr. Terrific's mask was that it absorbed light so that all that people would see looking at his face was a black T, as depicted here:

Over time, his features became more and more defined until his mask ended up looking like face paint.

If it was just solid black, that would just make him look like Boba Fett with a flesh mask.
Yeah, and the NewCoke52 version had the "Fair Play" logo tattooed on his arms. At least it was revealed that this version's identity was publicly known. Would have been a bit difficult to maintain a secret identity.
"Hey, you have the same build, hair style, and tattoos as Mr. Terrific!"
"Yeah, I get that a lot."

The faux Johnny Hart daily (Wally Wood in MAD #81) takes its place on my Studio wall. . .
Here's a LINK to the parody of which it was part.
