Arc, Time wise altogether about 2 months, but it's difficult to put an exact time on it, cause a lot of the ideas were done between work (I have my own business) and family, but everyone has a name and 80% have backstory.

And hey, you are a good penciller,  I admit I'm poor with backgrounds

I'd say you're fast . I would need more time to come up with all that.

Thank you. Well, in most of my drawings I simply avoid backgrounds. But here I thought it would be nice to include something a bit detailed.

And John: good work !

G'day folks, great to see the output is still as strong as ever in here. JPB, I'd love to see your pencil bill - you must chew through a box a week. JT, that coloured page above is fantastic - what's the skinny with the broken glass effect? It's very eye-catching. Arc, great shot of the museum-loft up there - very clean piece.

This weeks theme on the work forum is "Reptiles". I realise that these aren't sketches by any means, but it's always beneficial to get critique from your peers, I find. If anyone has any tips or suggestions, by all means feel free to pass them on. With that, here's the Lizard Queen...

The lizard's a Komodo Dragon, by the way. I'll wave the flag for us comics fans in the next couple of days and do a Curt Connors/Killer Croc picture, I think.

Cheers, Mal

Thank you. Since I wasn't sure about censorship I decided to cover one othe statues penis with shadows ...

Your Lizard Queen is amazing. I really love that sci fi comic book feel it has... besides, the quality is top notch. You kind of imagine what sort of adventures she has watching at the rifle and knife, and also what kind of civilization would train these reptiles to use them as transport. By the way, I was wondering what kind of inks or pens did you use for it?
