Finally finished off that sketch that I started a few days ago and posted, partially done, on Friday...

Still lovin' your Spidey stuff Sebastien!
So I've been jumping around an awful lot in my book, and I've finally caught up so this new one comes after the kiss page I did back in.... yikes! November?!

This is a full painting done over someone else's layout. I cannot find the artist. If anyone can help me out I would be grateful.

At work, our current fortnightly art jam theme is "travel" - places you've been, places you'd like to go, modes of travel, general holiday stuff, that sort of thing. So, here's a WIP of Red Sonja souvenir shopping on holiday...
I like lateral thinking, sometimes :-) Cheers, Mal

Dug up some old stuff again. This was something that I threw together a few years back when I was on a bit of an Adam Warren kick.
Warren had this knack for making a full-pencil mockup of his comics which he would bring with him to display at local and regional conventions. I tried it with this pencil sketch of the Hulk taking on an original character of mine. I guess there was a bit of a Neal Adams vibe going here...

The second piece from the old scrap pile is a mock-up of one scene from an original webcomic of mine. Here, the villain from the pic above is taking on members of a super-team which I had intended to put him up against.
Note the Adam Warren vibe going here, which made the villain's electrical attack a little less like the Kirby Krackle effect that I'd used before.
