DC love your Phoenix!!!

Joe I really dig the power puff girl, did you do that for someone?

Bill and JT as always great job.

Sergio love the drawing at the top of the page, that creature is really cool!!!!!!

Carmen GREAT perspective on Storm, getting that right, for me, is really hard, but you nailed it.

thanks, Jodi,
yes, 13 year old Ana asked me to draw her something...
she's had a rough week, having lost her Grandad on Friday.
I posted it on her Facebook yesterday at about 5:30am, and she messaged me instantly saying she loved it!

All I said was, "Why the hell are you awake?" LOL

Ha, ha, ha. 'Touché' Joe.

I'm listening a radio program just in the same sense.

Some nice ones up here, as always.  I've been meaning to get back into the spirit of things myself.

Joe Smith - perfect subject for a political cartoon... too bad it kills all our job prospects (so much for the economic "recovery", eh?)

Sergio - that Dorian Gray is as spooky as Hades!

JT Malloy - looking forward to seeing what you'll have your heroine do to get back for going through that.

DC Brown - it must be classic X-Men nostalgia this year... I started out as a Byrne clone myself

Bill - I second the observation that illustrated Bible verses seem to be an underappreciated subject in art

Guilty!  I'm admittedly a Byrne clone (but I'm influenced by many other artists as well), especially when it comes to the X-Men, and in particular, Phoenix!  Though she has been drawn by many, I only think of Cockrum's and Byrne's version of her.

Nice work everyone! I haven't posted in a while, though I am filling up sketchbooks, but I do visit every day to see what you are all up to.

Sergio, I really like the wizard and carrion crawler! Going with Dale's bio-lum idea, it seems like an underground critter - they would look great in a dark, creepy cavern full of stalagmites and stalactites.
